This is honestly the ONLY 'electronic device' I have, or will ever purchase for my grandchildren. Very easy to use. Turns any smartphone camera into a microscope that magnifies the tiniest details of the world around us. Fabric, leaves, grass, a dead fly, a sprinkle of glitter, crumbs of bread, the back of your hand, the page of a magazine - kids can't imagine what these things look like "close up" until they see for themselves .... and then their imaginations are unleashed forever! GREAT GIFT. Forget the expensive junk; spend just a few bucks on this item and give a gift your kids and grandkids will use, remember, and talk about forever. Yes, it's that good.

You know how you always want kids to put down the phone and interact with the world? That's a losing battle. Instead, get them to interact with world USING their phone! I've given over a dozen of these to children and they always get a kick out of them. (So do the parents.) Side note, I'm also an online Biology Lab professor. I send out 300 of these a year to my online lab students.

For the price, a very good buy and easy to use. Installation and use couldn't be easier. You simply pull back the spring loaded tabs to open the spring clamp and the microscope simply slides over the camera lens of your smartphone or other device. I was a bit worried about this scratching the screen of a phone but most phones today have pretty tough screens. Furthermore, the manufacturer has placed foam around the areas that touch your phone so the chances for a scratch are actually minimal.

It doesn’t fit well on my iPhone always slipping off and the light doesn’t work well as it does not align with the camera eye. Pictures are ok but often blurry for above reasons. This is my second one and the first one worked better, maybe difference in iPhones

Very little device, I have three different phones in my house, two androids and one apple. It worked for all of them. It has cushions where it touches your phone. So no need to worry about it scratching the screen or paint.

These things are a lot of fun. Works exactly as advertised, arrived promptly, I'm very happy with it. While this is certainly fun as a novelty item I can also see many practical uses for this affordable little guy. It would be ideal for inspecting small parts, precision work and more. Priced well under $10 bucks this microscope magnifier is a great deal in my opinion.

this Was really cool. It clips on to your camera on your phone. You can zoom as high as your phone will allow.
