JLT Hellcat Hood Vent Rain Shield (Challenger)

Pictures are coming.I have had these vents installed for several months and have had absolutely no problems with the fit or the integrity of the build.Not only are the vents of superior quality, the plexiglass inserts are almost invisible when in place.

These are better than you can imagine. Not pictured is the thick rubber gasket that goes around three sides, virtually sealing off the opening. It's going to rain tomorrow, so I'll get a better idea of how water tight it is. But first impression is that it's a quality product.

I did not get the product that was advertised complete rip off I would return it but the $30 isn’t worth my time 1000% would NOT recommend

This is what you get. Product fits nicely and you still get air in under the shield. Love it...

I drive a new Scat Pack with a hellcat hood, since all the new 2019 models come with them, these shields are great and do a good job of keeping the rain and grime out and since the 392 is NA you don't need to worry about losing to much air in the intake and keeping as much grime out becomes more productive. However guess what, the description is blatantly wrong, Il just go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they just made some grammatical errors in mentioning these rain shields in a plural and pair implied context throughout the entire description. Because they really should just write in the description you only receive one. They don't come in a pair. Oh dear silly me you only need one to shield the intake from water. Yea well that logic would only work if you assume every single individual buying this product is for the sole purpose of shielding an air intake and not just trying to keep a little more rain and grime out of the engine bay, hence the title Rain Shields. However I digress, here is the exact wording quoted in the description of the product which would, beyond a reasonable doubt, be proven as being sold in a pair:-JLT Hellcat Hood Vent Rain “SHIELDS”-“THEY” hold up to the under hood temps-“THESE” “GAURDS” will not keep ALL of the water outWith that being said I would hope the description would be changed considering the advertising mistake, which hey no biggie I don't mind being gaslighted every now and again after my ex wife I kind of got used to it.
