This clamp was machined very well it looks clean and simple. It works great . I'm satisfied with my choice on this product.

My bike was out of commission. seat post clamp stripped out. Make sure you get right size for your clamp to fit bike. Platt clamp is simple and perfect for the job. Bike back on the road. Great deal. Looks perfect on bike. Feel like it is already better than the stock clamp.

This seat post clamp is made from an Aluminium Alloy not cheap plastic. It comes in a variety of colors. 4.5 stars :)

I liked the color, just didn't fit. Probably my fault. Is what it is.

I switched to this because I switched to a carbon post and prefer to be right on the money with clamp torque. A QD clamp can be too loose or too tight and damage the carbon post

I just finished installing this on my mountain bike. Attempted to tighten to the proper torque setting and the bolt pulled through the body of the clamp!!! CHEAP material. I would like a refund and I recommend do not buy.

I ordered the right measurement a but the 31.6 did not even come close to be able to fit my post. Even attempting to bend it open wider would not get around the post,.. let along the wider tube of the bike that post needs to fit it.I have since bought a different product, same size, that works.The metal itself and finish quality all look good. It does not seem cheap, just improperly sized and it even has the size stamped on it so this the product I ordered.Do not buy. At this price-point just threw the money away,.. too much of a hassle to send back. You get what you pay for.

I received the item I ordered - right size and color! Works great and as others have noted, it won't strip out while tightening. Bring your own Allen key.
