Calou Stockholm Astrid

I LOVED these shoes upon receiving them. They are comfortable, classy, and easy to walk in. I wish there was one additional hole for the buckle as the strap has stretched out a bit. But- other than that I love these shoes and wear them often. Would definitely order again.

These started out to be cute enough clogs, but as time goes on they have stretched out to the point of almost being unwearable. It did not take long to get to this point! The leather is much too soft to have any support, the strap keeps lengthening.Perhaps the other colors are better but the light natural color is problematic.

I was surprised at how soft the leather is on these shoes. I was concerned that it would be hard and hurt my toes for a while. I gave a 4 as the strap seems like it will stretch out and not stay where it should be. It's ok for now.

I am VERY disappointed in the Calou clogs I bought. I exchanged the first pair because they were too big but when the second pair arrived,they too, felt too roomy. So I took the on-line advice from Calou, and for an EXTRA $40.00, the shoe repair man (cobbler) added a leather insole to the shoe. Another problem with the shoes is that the heel straps were placed so low, that no matter how much I tightened the straps, they kept falling down... and my feet would slide around in the shoes. They were the most expensive shoes I ever bought & I can't wear them, exchange them or get a refund. They are awful.

I love anything clog and especially Swedish brand clogs. I'm new to Calou Stockholm but I love their updated clog styles so I took a chance. The leather uppers are great quality and super comfy insoles. This brand runs short so I recommend sizing up. I'm a 40 in Dansko but needed a 41 in these. I wouldn't recommend for narrow feet.

They are a gorgeous shoe, but sadly run about a size too small. I had to return them and the larger size was not available.

So comfortable right out of the box. No need to wear them in. Wear with socks or without. Gives great height and can wear these all day long. Foot does not slip, and strap across back stays put. May want to treat them before wearing in the rain as they do stain. Would buy these in different colors.

Look to be made well. I have wide feet, and I ordered a size that would best fit. The strap is a little loose, but not bad.
