Loud screeching sound that won't stop?
We bought these walkie talkies for my son's best friend's birthday. The friend brought them to our house to play a few days after his birthday and one of the walkie talkies started this very loud screeching sound that would not stop. I ended up putting it outside until the batteries wore down. I also couldn't figure out how to get the battery pack open to remove the batteries (the instructions were at his house). Turns out it's extremely difficult to do- I had to send it home with him and let his parents figure it out. And I had to apologize for the crappy present!

Junk!!!
Do not buy this product! It broke within 3 hours of use. Junk! One Walkie-Talkie talkie somewhat worked and the other stopped working completely. The flashlight wouldn’t turn off, the out-going sound didn’t work, the channels didn’t change, no volume control, it wouldn’t turn off, and I couldn’t get into the battery compartment to remove the batteries without using a screwdriver to push the cover open. I ended up going to Walmart and spent $7 more for a much better set of Walkie-Talkies.

Can't stop talking.
I purchased these walkie-talkies for my grandsons as a Christmas gift. They loved them especially the 6 year old. It didn't take him long to learn how to work it and he wanted everyone to talk to him using the walkie talkies. The 3 year old wasn't to involved although I think when he can work it better he will enjoy talking with his brother from room to room or outside while they are running around.

Difficult to insert batteries
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Purchased this walkie talkies as a Christmas gift for my boys. I forgot to give it to them, so I just opened them. To my surprise, inserting the batteries was a challenge. The holster in on the way. The sound is great and so far it serves it’s purpose. Not looking forward to replace the batteries.

Choose A DIFFERENT product
Try putting in the batteries without breaking the clip off he battery back and the clip for clothing attachment breaks off and I haven’t even given to the kids yet. Bad product with cheap plastic breakable parts. Don’t buy this product.
