not as great as others
Our dog lives in the pool in the summer. We'll often find her floating around while we're inside even. That said, our dog floats get a lot of use. We've bought some in the past that have a kind of canvas-y feeling. This one doesn't. It is a thicker vinyl, but it's not the same sturdiness for her sharp claws as the others.

Not a great purchase
Wasn’t overly impressed with this, it does work but my dog is only 40 pounds and definitely does not float like the dog in the picture. But my kids use it so....

Very Nice Float BUT Only for Small Dogs
We had a float that was for humans that my dog loved but absolutely destroyed with his nails. Because of this, we purchased this Pawchie float so he would have his own and would hopefully not destroy it. After opening it from the package (right away as I was so excited), I blew it up and it was luckily a very easy process. I was worried that it would be hard to air up like some floats, but this one was quick and easy as it is a singular point to air up.The material feels sturdy and I let my dog get on it before putting it into the water- no issues with his nails (WOO!).Unfortunately, my 50 lb pup seemed to be a bit too heavy for this. I think if your dog was 30lbs or less this would be fantastic, but for a 50lb dog... it seemed to take on water pretty quickly and then my dog couldn't lay down because it started to fold taco style.I gave this float three stars because it didn't work for my dog, but it could be a really fun pool addition for a smaller dog. Wish it would've worked for us, but I will have to keep trying.

Not worth more than $2
This is just a regular float for an expensive price. I could have bought one at the dollar store. Dog nails will puncture right through it. It doesn't even hold the dog out of the water. Its more like a pool bathtub. She cant lay on it at all because it stretches and sticks. Buy one with a nylon cover! This is a waste of money. Non useable!

Returned Item
I returned this product because the material was not seem as durable as it seemed. There are also two holes for a 1 set of paws and my dog got stuck.

A good starter dog raft
bought this dog float for two small dogs. 15lb and 10lb. I was extremely excited to get the float but a bit surprised to see that it’s vinyl. That said it seems to be a strong vinyl and has held up to nails so far. Our puppy even gnawed a bit shortly after I blew it up, it didn’t pop. It does give in middle and take on water but it has holes to help offset water and keep it afloat. My dogs don’t like to lay in water so this is not ideal for them. We will see how it goes next time. It is easy to blow up and it’s a reasonable price for a sturdier raft. I would recommend as a starter raft to get your fur babies use to s raft.

Super disappointed
Bought this for my small boxer (maybe 45 lbs) and this does NOT support her - it seems to small and just folds in on her. This also holds ALOT of water - tried letting my Yorkie use but there is no way he can lay down with out bring fully in the water :(

Love it but...
Love the idea but it is not teeth proof. Bit a hole in it second time using it.
