I bought two of this item'sI have used mine three time and good.The one I gave my mother in law. She used two times and then she went to use again and it don't work anymore... what can u do for me? Thank you

Hazardous engine noise level at 93decibels=the same noise level as a lawn mower or belt sander. the auto reverse feature to extract more juice worked intermittently. I could not separate the 2-part upper screen and bottom screen of the pulp bowls for cleaning and there is nothing in the manual about doing this=a possible health hazard, although they do have a drawing of these 2 parts. Incomprehensible instruction manual-horrible translation to English, E.G. "The uncommon voice when using" (they must mean unusual engine noise?), "And turn the filter to make the leaving into rubbish tube when you use this machinery"...Chinese manufacturers: you usually make good products, this is not one of them. Please start all over. Thank you.

It worked well, a little time consuming to get enough juice for my husband and I. On top of that it doesn't work now. Looking for a new juicer. Didn't last very long with frequent use.

It's a great juicer, I just hope it lasts a long, long time. I have arthritis in my hands and it's very hard for me to squeeze anything, with this juicer all I have to do is hold on to the fruit and the juicer will do the work.

I loved the citrus juicer model 3003 but my only problem with it was that the upper and bottom screen are not easy to clean.I couldn't separate them and I didn't see in the instructions how to separate them to be able to rinse them.

This juicer really comes in handy for all times of the year. Me and the kids use it all the time. I love fresh lemonade and orange juice so I like to make it myself. I love the amount it makes at one time. Great price for what I paid for.

My citrus juicer burned out after 2 juicing. Around 20 lemon juiced per use. About 5 seconds rest between lemons and 10 seconds rest after 4 lemons. It ought to have automatic means to rest for 10 seconds after around say 30 seconds use or whatever is best!

So I had to replace our older juicer and I really love this one. The handle is very sturdy and nice. I like that the bottom doesn’t slide around. My daughter loves it for making lemonade for her lemonade stand!
