Thanks for the question. The private key of your crypto assets is securely stored in your SecuX wallet and will not leave the device under any circumstance. Your SecuX mobile app provides a platform to allow operation and management of your crypto assets, but would require your SecuX wallet to be paired and connected to show accurate balances, receiving addresses and authorize transactions. Please make sure all details are verified on your SecuX wallet before confirming any inbound or outgoing transactions. As long as your credentials associated with your Crypto Assets including Recovery Words and Passphrases, have not been exposed to any risks of being stolen, hacked or compromised, and have not been shared, stored or saved on your computer, mobile phone, cloud services or any storage services online, your private key should remain safe within your SecuX wallet and your crypto assets should not be compromised. If you suspect that your credentials have been exposed to the aforementioned risks, it is advisable to create a new wallet with a new set of Recovery Words and Passphrase and transfer all your Crypto Assets to the new wallet, so as to eliminate the possibilities of unrecoverable loss of funds due to stolen, hacked and compromised credentials and Private Key.
