Great for crรจme brรปlรฉe
I was in charge of making a dessert table for my friend's bridal shower. On the menu was individual earl grey crรจme brรปlรฉes. These baked up really well in a water bath and I thought the 2-oz capacity was a great size if you also have other desserts served. 2-oz probably gave a good 3-4 bites of custard. The aluminum foil also held up well to the blowtorch for making the burned sugar tops.
