Amazing product!
I’ve been taking this Lion's Mane for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly amazed at how much of a difference it’s made. I feel more focused during the day, less foggy, and my memory seems sharper! I’m recalling things quicker and more clearly. I didn’t expect to notice anything right away, but after about a week, I really started to feel it. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my morning routine now. If you're looking for something to help with mental clarity and productivity, I highly recommend trying this!

Surprised by clarity
It's difficult to make an objective analysis of something as subjective as your own mind. And with something of this nature, the placebo effect is a real risk. Maybe you just feel better because you took some tablets that are supposed to make you feel better, and so you do feel better. It can't be measured empirically by some instrument. But I can say that this product actually had a beneficial effect. I am a 35+ year career software developer, and now, at age 60, I definitely feel the effects of age. I can no longer keep as many distinct things in my mind as I could when I was in my 30s. And getting focused (and, more importantly, staying focused) has become more difficult.I am about two weeks in on this trial, and I can say that I've seen definite improvement. Increased clarity. Increased mental duration. And it even helps with the motivation to get into the code and start working on it.It also has some calming properties about it too. Reduced anxiety.I will certainly be buying this again.

Lion's Mane is Great for Unexplained Fatigue!
I've only been taking it a week, but it definitely seems to be helping. I feel less fatigued & can focus better, even though I'm definitely NOT getting more sleep, as my 16 month old is teething. I launched my blog and got all this up and running while helping my 10 & 7 year old bonus boys do distance learning, chasing my 16 month old around the house and taking care of my 4 month old!Definitely feeling less mental fog, more focused & able to handle the challenges I'm facing. I am mentally and semi-physically energized, even without more sleep or altering my medications or delving deeper into my health issues and diagnosis.I have also noticed less pain from inflammation in my joints, which results in my having to take less Naproxen (Aleve) throughout the day to alleviate the pain. This is an amazing thing, and such a relief for someone who lives in near constant pain.I have not been taking it long enough to know if it will boost my immune system this flu/cold season, but I'm definitely paying attention!Dislikes: slightly off-putting smell. If you're not used to the fact that most supplements have a not so great smell to them, well, here's your warning. They do have a slight smell. They're as easy to swallow as any other capsule of the same type, which I struggle with in general, but if you don't, that won't be an issue. If you swallow them quickly, they don't leave a bad aftertaste, I take them with my morning protein shake and I'm good to go.I'll continue taking it for sure, the only downside is I'm not sure if this particular brand is worth the significant price increase over some of the other brands, which is why I'm only giving it four stars. Is it truly better? Do you get what you pay for, or are you "paying for the name"? They claim to have high quality ingredients, but I don't know enough about that to know the difference, nor have I tested other brands yet.I'll probably check out a few different brands and compare to see (purchased this one during a discount sale), then hopefully come back and update this review one way or the other.

Radiation Necrosis
My boyfriend has had a stage 2 glioma brain cancer he has been fighting since Feb 2018. First he underwent a biopsy, then radiation and chemotherapy. Then in January he had an awake craniotomy. Even though he was awake, he still lost reading comprehension and he has anomic aphasia. It's been a slow recovery. The aphasia seemed to be getting worse and not better, much to the surprise of his doctors. He has to take avastin infusion chemotherapy now to try to combat the radiation necrosis they say he has. Anyway, he had been taking choline which was recommended by a friend. I haven't noticed much change. In a brain tumor support group I belong to, someone mentioned Lion's Mane Mushroom. I researched it and it seems harmless enough. I mean, it's a mushroom. You can even eat it if you have the actual mushrooms growing or have access to them. So I decided to try the capsules and see if it helped. He has been taking them as directed (3 with 8 ounces of water) daily and I have to say, I'm seeing some improvement in his aphasia. He was having trouble remembering the words for "Squirrel" "grass" "deck" "grill". Since taking these, he at least knows squirrel starts with S and he can say grill and grass now! He usually "talks around" things like he will say the gray rodent with the bushy tail instead of "Squirrel". But at least now he realizes it starts with an S and he is even saying "square" now!!! I am hoping it's these mushrooms and I'm going to encourage him to stay on these. It's been about 3 weeks now and I am definitely seeing improvement. I will report back if it keeps getting better or not.
