water never gets warm enough to call hot
Product was priced great, seller uses FEDEX so of course there were multiple shipping issues that left me less than happy with the whole purchase. installation was pretty simple but after using the product for a while now I am very disappointed. the water never warms up much above room temp. so as long as you don't want a hot shower you may be happy with this product.

Did not work after install
I bought this unit for an outside sink and followed the terrible installation instructions and then followed the terrible trouble shooting instructions then researched the internet for any tech help I could find. The unit has no model number so I guess that it is a proto-type, at any rate it wouldn't turn on, so I'm returning it
