I watched another company's presentation about the content of mushrooms and then I saw their price of nearly $100 and decided to do some searching elsewhere. I have rheumatoid arthritis as well as Hashimoto's thyroiditis which are both autoimmune diseases. I have taken these every day for about 12 days now and yesterday I woke up and could stand without pain and walk normally. I am also sleeping better now and my respiratory issues like allergies have also improved. The only thing I changed was adding this supplement so I have to guess it is this helping the inflammation. I already use turmeric and CBD as well as aspirin but I was still suffering. I will update if there is any sort of relapse but for now, I am very happy with this product. I intend to get some family members hooked up to get it too who have serious illness.

The only thing that I can say negatively about the product is the size of the capsule, but taking it prior to eating a snack made it easier to get the capsule down.

Day 24. The capsules are huge and require plenty of water to keep down. There’s some mushroom aftertaste a couple of hours later but nothing bothersome. I feel no difference in cognitive or overall health.

This supplement has affected my mental and emotional state in a positive way. I can’t imagine not having this as part of my daily necessary vitamins. I think clearer, haven’t been sick in the 3 months I’ve been taking this, and can focus more. Wish I had this years ago.
