An excellent product, well worth buying and it is wall mountable which, in our small, old house, is a real asset.When it arrived and we found we couldn't switch it on, we thought we had similar problems to another reviewer, but after contacting the manufacturer for advice (they were very helpful), we found the small piece of black foam that is inserted in front of the switch, to prevent it being activated during transit. To older eyes this wasn't overly evident, but once removed (easily), we haven't looked back. It is quite powerful, and works a treat.The only thing I would say is, it might be better if the little piece of foam in front of the on/off switch, was of a colour more noticable, and also, a comment about removing this in the instruction manual. Other than that, what seemed a big problem initially was simply remedied, and we would highly recommend this hand-held cleaner for its effectiveness at cleaning, and with the additional attachments, which easily fit into a drawer, it is very virsatile.

I'm impressed with this vacuum. It both looks and feels a quality product, with a robust construction and pleasing design. The suction power seems strong and it's easy to operate and comes with a couple of useful tools.I've only had it a day but so far I'd say this is very good value for money.

I got this vacuum cleaner in June, 4 months ago. It was working properly and I was very impressed by the suction quality and light weight. Although yesterday I was using it and it wouldn’t stop working, I had to leave the battery wear off to make it stop. Now it’s broken after trying to charge it again. A shame it didn’t last long.

Just used this for the first time and really impressed with the suction when cleaning the stairs. Amazing how much dirt and dust it picked up. Much better than my clumpy old Dyson. Arrived the day after I ordered with standard delivery.Very impressed all around and would certainly recommend!Nice price too!

I was hoping that this would have a more powerful suction, I opted for this one as it was a little more expensive than some of the cheaper ones but actually it isn't that strong, it does suck up break crumbs and so on but it's just not powerful enough, considering it is really noisy. I would not buy again.

This little hand held is very easy to use, has a wet or dry attachment option, and is surprisingly good. I've used it every day since it arrived- crumbs in the kitchen, spilt compost (cat knocked a plant over), and especially for little bits on the stair carpet. It's great, and you don't have the pain of getting out the heavy vacuum! It's attached to the wall in a kitchen cupboard to charge, so it's out of sight and easily accessible.

The first one stopped charging within weeks. A replacement charger was sent which was good. It is permanently plugged ( and charging) and used very occasionally. It now won’t stay on! It goes for a few seconds then switches itself off. All filters etc are clean but it is out of warranty so just good for the bin.When it was working the suction was ok, not brilliant. I used it to hoover up the dead flies on the windowsill. That was about its limit. It looks like all hand held hoovers are rubbish so back to dustpan and brush for me.

If you have pets - don’t bother. Only picks up things like crumbs. I got this for my sofa & stairs, mainly for pet hair. Not worth it as doesn’t pick up animal hair at all. I also got it for in between the pipes at skirting board level due to the amount of dust that can collect there but the end part is too thick. If you want it for just quick spills like crumbs it’s fine. Charges quickly and lasts a good about of time but personally I wished I had waited and invested in a more expensive high rated product.
