KJV Pew Bible: King James Version, Black Pew

Just a great copy of God's words. Modern Bible translations are not really accurate translations but counterfeit changing the true story. KJV is the Bible in English. KJV or earlier!

I purchased this Bible to replace the Gideons Bible which I have started to read in my motel room. After reading the Gideons Bible which is shown in the image above this Bible, I cannot digest the Word with the small doily text that is used in this Bible in the same way I do the bold text. To me it seem almost disrespectful to the Word of God with the weakness of the typeface used. Needless to say its not for me, but others may like it. If you like the text, there's not much to dislike about it, its simple, clean, and doesn't have too many extras to distract from the Word.I have since contacted Gideons and they said they would be delighted for me to take their Bible. I have ordered another Bold text bible to replace the one I took because thats how much I would not want someones first experience reading the Bible to come from this particular publication.

Really nice pew Bible

It's got a lot of interesting stuff, like maps and other extras, but it's really old fashioned wording and is extremely hard to follow. Of course, it's the bible, so that probably is a good thing, but if I can't even read it, it's not going to benefit me. I still haven't gotten passed Genesis and I bought it in May.

i love the king james bible because it is the word of god the father god the son god the holy spirit(KJV BIBLE IS THE ONLY BIBLE FOR ME)
