If you have not tried brushed micro fibre before now is the time! I run a 4 star B&B and am gradually moving all my fitted sheets over to this as you can wash easily and either hang up or tumble dry to achieve a smooth finish without ironing. Highly recommend.

Really deep sheet. Fits well over my thick mattress and protector. The fabric is really soft and still hasn’t bobbled after many many washes.
