It has potential
So I purchased this box as a media center primarily to run KodiThis box is straight forward and easy to setup through first time initialization. Performance of the WiFi radio is decent and it works. Mine came with a defective remote. I tried different and brand new batteries and was never able to get the remote to work. Lucky it did recognize my wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse combo with the available USB port. I know the remote was defective because if you take out your camera and point the remote at the lens and watch your screen you can see an IR light of a remote transmitting. This one was not at all.I ended up returning this product as it had virtually no support or documentation. My reason for returning this item was mainly the issues with its launcher. Upon installing Kodi from the play store or side loaded (does not matter) the icon is missing completely from the main screen. You can not find Kodi anywhere except going to settings or launch the play store and select Open. The app is installed but the icon to launch it is no where to be found. This also happened with other apps such as Netflix.In conclusion it’s just too buggy. I am a nerd but I don’t got time to invest to flash roms, and side load drivers etc. You could possibly load a different launcher but the default one seems to be baked in like a malware on your PC.Performance for the $: 4/5User friendly setup: 5/5User interface: 2/5 (I gave a 2 only because it is fairly a clean simple interface but ultimately too buggy)Support and documentation: 0/5Android Version: 5/5 comes with v9Overall raising 3/5 if the remote worked. I score it 2/5 due to the remote issue.

Good--Not GREAT!!!!!!
My old box wouldn't work--so I (rushed--BIG Mistake)--bought this box--I should've done more research--as actually liked old box better (but as said quit working)--at 1st excited as easy set up--but slow--(buffers)--7 real touchy at 1st thought were modem or internet checked & both fine--Problem in box

Great Value!
Remote has limited range and is the weakest part of the package so I recommend buying a separate $10-$15 keyboard/remote. Easy to set up box. Love the Android and this smooth running box can (and did) update itself at no cost to Android 9. Sound and picture quality is quite good, no laggy performance after one month of streaming tv and movies. If I needed another box, I would buy again.

Amazing!
Great speed! Nice set-up, small box size. Came with Netflix & kodi already installed with add-on plus other apps. I bought this 4 my grandma. Gonna order one more for myself as me & my husband love this box.

This tv box is small , But the function is very good, it has the features on the Android phone.
The tv box I bought this time is really great. Connecting to the network is very fast and stable. This tv box is small and but too smart, the function is very good, it has the features on the Android phone.Connecting to the projector I bought last time watching TV is really a 50-60 inch TV. Very cool.

Dosent support 4k give 1080 flat even when you change the settings to 720 still give 1080Chinese technology
