Smoked,it's too dangerous

I'm very unhappy with this, it was a very terrible purchase.I hooked the inverter to the battery , it started to smoke as soon as I turned it on..there is a strong burning smell.I haven't run any loads.I disconnected it immediately avoiding explosion. I can't believe there's such a horrible product on Amazon,how it can passed the secure check!!!
