Tasty cheese great value handy for freezer

Very good

Bought this during lockdown, cut it into smaller blocks and most of it got frozen. Not the most flavourful of cheeses that you would serve on a plate to dinner guests, but good enough for things like burgers, quesadillas, nachos and soups. Price per kilo wasn't any better than some supermarket cheddars which may be a better option if you have access to it and don't need such a large quantity in one go.
