Soft and gorgeous
The pashmina/silk shawl is gorgeous. Soft and smooth. Not heavy or too thin. Definitely my go-to. :)

Larger than expected-nice!
I haven't worn this yet so I cannot attest to it's warmth, which is what I bought it for; I will update that at a later time. I will say it is nice and soft and it is more than adequate in length and width and looks very nice. My concern is all of the different info regarding what it's made out of and where it comes from. This site says it is 50/50 pashmina wool/silk. The attached tag says 80/pashmina wool 20/silk... which is great! It also says made in India. It DID NOT come from Fanties Room, the invoice and package both came from Pashmina Group out of NY. So I honestly don't really know what the deal is with all of the different info out there about this product, but... now you know what I received and so far I really like it.

Perfect size, perfect color
I have ordered many Pashmina shawls from this vendor - the larger size is terrific for winter, the regular size works well for cool spring and summer mornings. I wear them with my suits when I go to court or to depositions, they are more attractive than the basic winter scarf and they dress up the navy or grey or black suits that I wear, give them a little something extra. The color selection is amazing. I don't keep them in a drawer, I hang them up using a covered clothes hanger designed for slacks. I do have them dry cleaned after several wearings and they retain their color very well. Spring and summer mornings walking to the train station and waiting for the train, the shawls add just enough of a layer for extra warmth and as the day warms up, I fold up the shawl then roll it and store it in my tote or brief case.......it's also handy when working in air conditioning or if the a/c is turned on in the train/subway. Great find.

Good Value
This scarf is fine for the price, a good value in fact. I have a number of them in different colors and give them for gifts. It is what it is, as the kids say. What it Isn't is the real McCoy, but then again, I don't want to pay the real McCoy prices every time I lose my black scarf. (I just can't really call it a pashmina, though I think that term is used now to refer to pretty much any large scarf with a fringe). It's a fair value for the price. If you want an actual pashmina you will pay much, much more. The firing on this one is decent, and the weave is decent.

Small space packing big warmth
I received two of these shawls, and both colors are stunning. Just as subtle as I wanted, but definitely beautiful. I wanted to be able to wear both together if the cold warranted it, and they just look great together. They pack in such a small space and are light on my shoulders, but keep me warm. I also take one to the movies, and it fits well in my purse. Both were soft, and I envision them getting softer with more wearings. I'd recommend this shawl for dressy or casual use.

Quality silk/woolen shawl in exotic colors - fast service
We were looking for a woolen/silk shawl as a gift for someone. Silk/woolen shawl keeps you warm when one wants to seat quietly. It is light weight & Smooth. Wraps around comfortably.Reduced one star because shippin n handling is expensive. They need to find a better way like having good stock in Amazon warehouse so that Amazon prime members could save on S/H cost. If s/h cost was lowered, could have bought two shawls instead of one.

There is ONE important "but"
I am giving this 3 stars because the quality is great and the delivery very expedite. The only but, and it's not a minor one, is that the color chart is not accurate. I was debating myself between dark tan and chocolate, but they have different tones for both of them in different sized shawls. Of course the dark tan looked darker in the picture than it actually is, so I ordered it and ended up with a shawl that looks nothing like I wanted. I suggest they fix this, because the shawls are great quality, but I wouldn't advice anyone to go by the color chart at all.
