At the time of my purchase, this was the only brushed nickle 3 way shower head available. The shower heads work as they should, but, I'm very disappointed in the their use of a rubber hose, and 6 feet of it to boot. I was hopping after a few hot showers the hose would relax, after 3 weeks - no such luck. It just feels like it is always in the way and there is nowhere for it to go. My previous hand held shower heads had a metal hose that was perfect. I will be replacing this rubber hose with a metal one in the near future.If you need brushed nickle, keep looking, this one isn't worth it at the $35 price point it had when I purchased it.

Don't be confused when you read "brushed nickel". At best this is a plastic colored to look around the shade of brushed nickel. Every part of this is plastic including the diverter, hose, etc. The diverter works, but I worry how long it will since it's a valve made of plastic! And the hose is terrible since it holds the shade it had in the box and does not hang properly. If I end up replacing, it will be to get a real hose.

The shower heads work really well, and the spray handle has a nice strong spray. It's very handy for rinsing down the far end of the shower. The only reason I'm giving only 4 stars is because the mounting for the spray handle does not work. The handle is too large to stay "locked in" when not in use. I did reach out to customer service, and they were extremely helpful, and they did send a replacement assembly. Unfortunately, the replacement was the same size as the original, so it didn't fix the problem. Otherwise, it's a solid product that I can recommend, if you don't mind hanging the hose over the main fixture (rather than mounting upright) when not in use.

Ordered and received next day. Very easy to install. Maybe took ten to fifteen minutes max. I did choose to remove the flow regulator even tho we have very good water pressure. Of course I had to test it out. My previous shower had a two way valve so it was either/or on the head or handheld. I really like the three way valve on this device. Using both heads at the same time I got almost full body coverage. I really like the mist setting. However, as I have to crank up the hot water to keep it warm on mist, I have to be sure and back off the hot before switching back to one of the other settings. Overall, I was very happy with the purchase. My wife tried it later and felt the pressure was too high so after she got out I replaced the flow regulator. Took about five minutes. Took another shower tonite and did not really notice a big difference in water pressure, even with both heads flowing.All in all, I am pleased with the purchase. Hopefully it will last a while, but at that price point it won’t hurt if it goes south in a couple of years.

Easy install and the heads work well. The hose is cheap plastic and looks like crap when installed as it doesn't hang, it is all bent up and looks bad. The surface doesn't look like Brushed Nickel. It looks more like Polished Nickel to me so that is frustrating as well.

Average review, because I can’t get the handheld to face the way it should. No matter how many ways I twist the shower head the hose ends up on top and it’s kinking and it’s annoying. I dunno what I’m doing wrong. Makes no sense, this isn’t rocket science I’ve done this several times before, this time it's working against me. Ugh! And I don’t feel the pressure is as strong as it was with my old one and that one was getting clogged.

Only had this installed about two weeks now. The heads are decent but those is lousy. If you want a good hose get the one linked below as it's great (leaving a review for it next). So you get what you pay for, and this is included. All cheap plastic, and felts really cheap when I was installing it. The second time I used the shower, I went to move the fixed head up a bit, and it came off in my hand. The threaded part had split.
