Looks OEM but take your time
These are very nice quality letters. The size and shape were exactly what I was searching for. The application process is worth taking your time on in order to make them lay out right. You’ll want to take your time and also have a good eye for detail. Being there individual letters it’s necessary to preplan and lay them out on a flat surface ahead of time. Use a ruler for spacing and masking tape for marking a straight & level line when applying. They stick extremely well so don’t use any pressure and lightly set them in place in case you need to readjust the location. Once they looked level and spaced right I applied firm pressure followed by a hair dryer in order to warm the adhesive and press once again to make sure they stuck.

Learn From My Mistakes
Learn From My Mistakes:First of all, these are a GREAT way to really add an upscale look to your car. Especially for the price. HOWEVER….Please learn from my mistakes. First, I did a good job measuring. Measure THREE times before installing. Here’s where I went wrong, and what you should do differently.1: do this when it’s above 60 degrees Fahrenheit. I did this in my garage in WI when it was about 45 degrees inside the garage. I believe this will impact the adhesion in a negative way.2: Use masking tape to make sure your letters are level and straight. I used masking tape to tape a flexible tape measure down, but as you can see from the pictures, it wasn’t straight/level enough. It doesn’t look horrible, but you can tell it wasn’t professionally installed.3: install on a completely flat surface. The surface I installed on is t completely flat, and I do not believe that these letters will all survive a car wash. That’s my own fault. If they were installed on a flat surface, I’m sure they’d do fine in a car wash. There you go. Learn from my mistakes. Measure three times, and you’ll have a REALLY eye catching upgrade to your ride for very little money.

Good size, legible
The seller, Elektroplate Store, was responsive in answering my questions. The letters arrive each individually wrapped and after a month (and a couple of carwashes) are holding up great! The size is perfect, about the same size as the "Odyssey" lettering on the tailgate of my Honda minivan.Installation was easy, I followed the directions. With the "sport style" letters I chose, they are all meant to lean a bit to the right... the bottoms of each are flat, and making the bottoms perfectly horizontal worked well. I put a piece of painter's (masking tape) on my workbench and arranged the letters with the spacing that I thought looked best. Then, I made a pencil mark at the left corner of where each letter starts. Finally, I placed the tape on the back of the car (as if it would "underline" the lettering) and then placing each letter properly was a breeze.

Love how it looks, however do your homework before mounting...
I love how it turned out. I had to get creative in mounting it, plus removing the back from the adhesive was a challenge. I had to mount my letters "face down" onto some masking tape. Then I used an exacto hobby knife to remove the plastic from the adhesive. Remember to measure twice, cut once, and wipe the area clean with alcohol prior to mounting. So far the letters are holding well. I pressed on each letter for 30 seconds. Lets see how it goes during the summer heat and car washes.

Not available for returns
These letters are only 1" tall and should not be in the search for boat lettering. They are not available for returns. Price is for only for one set. I thought I was buying boat lettering and that they came in packs of 2. I was wrong. Now I am stuck with small letters that no one can see.
