I use a lot of Terbinafine Hydrochloride in trying to control my toenail fungus. I can't take pills with my bad liver. With the spray, you get 4.2oz @ 1% Terbinafine Hydrochloride. With the cream type, you pay as much for only 1oz @ 1% Terbinafine Hydrochloride. I spray about 10 seconds into a small pill container and use a Q tip to dab on my bad nails. 10 seconds of spray lasts me 3-4 days then I spray another 10 seconds into my container and so on. If I just spray directly on my nails I waste half or more and it sprays all over areas I don't want to treat.UPDATE:I've changed my technique to battle my toenail fungus easier. Now I grind them down with my Dremel sanding tool as before but now I spray directly on my nails in small little spurts as not to waste much. One 4.2oz lasted me a year! I've been doing this religiously every night after I shower for two years now and I have made some progress. This smaller three nails on my left foot have cleared up completely and one of my big nails seems to be clearing up some. The reason I stay motivated to do this every night is that they look much better when their ground down and cut back as much as possible. This spray kills the fungus right at the tip edges, the nail dies which allows me to cut them back more. This makes my nails smaller(A little ugly is better than a lot of ugly). When you grind them down close to the nail bed it changes them to a more natural color as well,(pink flesh shows through) so much so that I wear my sandals in the summer without worrying about their appearance (Its all about vanity, cause the fungus won't kill you). So I went from big ugly to smaller, not as many, and not nearly as ugly toenails. Hint; Once I get them ground down with my Dremel sander i keep them filed down with a hand file most of the time.Good Luck

I went to a foot specialist because I thought I had the early stages of toenail fungus. I was right and the specialist recommended this Lamisil. He told me it's hard to find but works better than anything over the counter on the market. He told me to use it twice a day for at least 30 days. He was right and this stuff really works! I tried Lamisil and others with no permanent results. This product delivers.

Use this as directed, changed socks twice a day. At the end of one week foot looked better but two days after using the entire bottle the athletes foot came back with a vengeance and spread to my entire top part of my foot. So I bought 2 more bottles and used it as directed twice a day with changing socks, at the end of two weeks I thought it was gone, nope. A few days after I stopped using it, guess what happened?.... It came right back. Less severe than the first time but dear goodness, this product doesn't live up to it's name or claim at all.

worked!!!! easy to use. I had a BAD case of athletes foot/ringworm on my foot. After about a week and a half it helped to clear it up.

I was disappointed that it did not work on my toenail problem. Regular Lamasil does stop the infection from growing if used 2 times a day but this product does nothing. Very strange.

This is the product that works for me.I am allergic to Lanolin (creams) and Balsam of Peru (cheap perfumes) so finding a product that solves it's issue without creating more issues is a delight.If I could give it more stars I would.
