The customer service and speed of delivery were great.However,out of the 4 strap parts that I purchased 3 of them are slack when attached to my watch and so it has fallen off my wrist twice when wearing it. On one of the occassions it took me 10 minutes to find it again in the garden! I have had to glue one part permanently to one end of the watch for it to stay on.I have the Fitness Tracker ID115U.

This product looks great but does not stay attached to the watch face. BEWARE.... Risk of losing the watch if you purchase!!!!

They were recommended in a link for a fitness tracker I was purchasing but they were too small when they arrived. Good quality however and would look good with the correct watch

I got them for the fitness tracker that I previously bought for my wife.She is well pleased with them.Has a different colour every day & sometimes several in the same day.More brownie points for me.

I ordered these thinking they were compatible with my watch but the straps keep coming loose & falling off. Have ordered a new watch instead.

This is the second set of straps for the fitness tracker, bearing in mind the tracker is removed/refitted on wrist several times a day. I'm quite active with gardening etc. Overall can't complain.

Fabulous replacement strap for my daughters letscomm tracker. Fits perfectly and nice colour purple.

These were bought to replace the original strap which broke within 6 months of use. These seem far stronger.
