bright and very white. installed in a 2014 ford explorer. the projector housing is encased in a tube with a rubber cap. it takes a little finagling, but the small conversion block will fit inside to put the cap back on. I have noticed that the white background of a Massachusetts license plate reflects blue, so every car looks like a cop car, but still very happy with this product.

This is a SCAM. They are using positive reviews from other headlights and even their promotional beam image is from the hikaris! Do not buy!

Fantastic crystal-clear color & throw distance. The only thing I will mention is that these seem to project the light in the headlight in such a way that you want to consider adjusting your headlights down a bit. At least for my 2013 Subaru Forester, they seemed to project the light a bit higher than normal halogens do (about halfway from normal headlights and highbeams). You might get some people flashing their highbeams at you thinking you're trying to blind them. Another thing to note, at least when specifically dealing with my make/model: The protective cover that goes over the normal halogen bulbs do NOT fit when these are installed. Even if they did fit, I'm not sure I would want to have them on there. The protective O-ring that fits seems to provide adequate protection from the elements, and I'm thinking with the fans built onto the bulb that the unit does need some sort of free-flowing air in order to effectively cool the LEDs. I'll update my review if I find this to be the source of any problems (condensation in the housing, etc).So far though, I've had them in for a few days now, and they seem to work great. I'll give them another few weeks, and if I continue to be happy with them, I'll do the other lights as well (high beams and fog lights).

this is my voluntary opinion, and unbiased review of how i thought of this product..I waited for a week of use before leaving a review based on this product. I came across this product rather after an unfortunate experience i had with other similar product (same spec H11) sold on amazon. Before anything, i was already impressed with box and presentation that further supplemented perceived notion of these bulbs. Upon installing, wow.. it illuminated far brighter than bulbs i had prior; and mostly importantly, these FIT into bulb socket perfectly without any flimsy movement. So far, my car has undergone machine carwash, and highway/local driving and shaking/brinkering of light is absent. WINTER IS COMING in NYC where i live, which it will go through real tests being exposed to unfavorable road conditions of potholes, snows, ice etc..

Although the main beams on my BMW i3 are LED, the high beams are not and were a dim yellow halogen. I decided to swap the standard H11s out with these LEDs and the difference is incredible and the light is simply beautiful. Wow. What a difference. So bright and crisp compared to the factory incandescents and much better visibility. It took literally 2 minutes to swap out the stock bulbs and put these in. Instructions and verbiage on the package is a little difficult to interpret, but the product itself is thus far very impressive. No weird errors with the swap. If these bulbs last, they are an amazing investment. Will update with any changes in the future. Right now it's 100% a 5 star product.

Installed these in my wife's Forester. I decided to go with LED because the foresters have a problem where they blow out headlights due to some kind of electrical design problem and I'm tired of replacing a light bulb every six months. These have their own regulated power adapters in-line so that should resolve the issue. As a bonus, they are super bright. Comparing them to the originals isn't even close. If anything, the remaining original bright light bulbs look pathetic when you see them on alongside the headlights.They're very bright, and have very little blue to them, though by comparison the originals really do look yellow.

Awesome product!!!! I bought high end LED for my 2011 Silverado 3 years ago that cost me 150 from a shop and one of my bulbs blew out, I went to the shop and they attempted to charge 200 to replace my existing LED system told me they cannot replace bulbs that I would need to buy a brand new kit. I did not want to spend the 200 for new conversion kit. I immediately went to amazon and found these bulbs great price and great reviews made me buy these. This was such a easy installation I should slap myself for ever going to shop in the first place never going back from now on I am going to do my own installation,

These bulbs are BRIGHT and are DRL friendly without any extra components! I have a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox that uses the H11 size, is GMLan equipped and uses PWM for the daytime driving lights. The problem with this particular vehicle is that it also uses the low beam for the DRL. The DRLs on this model of car can't be disable unless you have the tools to modify the BCM - The dealer can do it but has been instructed by GM not to. Additionally, this model of car, and other models use PWM (pulse width modulation) to power the low beams at a lower brightness for the DRL which kills HIDs fairly quickly.
