The Turnkey UTV Honda Pioneer 1000 Tie Rod Upgrade Kit provides a significant upgrade over the oem tie rods on the Pioneer 1000 and 1000-5. If you take your Pioneer in rough terrain or have installed larger tires you have likely experienced bent tie rods already. The Pioneer 1000 is just too powerful and too heavy to have such inadequate tie rods. The Turnkey UTV Pioneer 1000 Tie Rod Upgrade Kit comes with everything you need. The kit includes the outer tie rod joint and the inner clevis joint as well as the rods themselves. The kit does require drilling out the hole in your spindle, however the appropriate 5/8" drill bit is included.

Quality manufacturing and parts
This is a stout kit. I never had an issue with stock tires i put slightly larger tires on (28x10x14 al around) and hit a rock and bent my factory tie rod terribly. I bent the factory unit back and it broke the following day. There wasn't a factory tie rod for 180 miles. I didnt want to be in that situation ever again. Even if these weren't tougher I'd still go with them since I'm only 2 wrenches away from replacing one on a trail. Not needing all the extra tooling like factory units. I haven't run the turnkey units much so i may update this later but for now they seem to be a good upgrade for my pioneer 1000-5
