Loose the magic strap, pulling out the back half of the rock arm aligning with the first half and advancing then lock the nut. Adjust the hand chain mount to fix ball head, use the below screw to fix your Camera/Camcorder. Loose the screw of the back rock arm, pull out the weight bar and plus counter weight onto it(use tail clips to fix the counter weight). Adjust the length of the weight bar to balance the rod. You can adjust the screws of the first half rock arm to extending the length to get the best shooting results.
