Buff spring files
Disapointed with this order having previously purchased green spring files and having had a good experience, i ordered the buff ones on this order, it didnt arrive on the day I was told they would I had to continually chase this order for a further 10 days, I aksed for the order to be delivered to my home and was given numerous arrival days with times, having left someone in on five seperate occasions this order finally arrived, the box was damaged although the contents were salvageable, the product is good it was the delivery experience I had an issue with

Quality has suffered
Have purchased this exact product twice before, and it was great - good quality at a fraction of the price of other similar branded products. Now it's been built to maximise profit, and the quality is so poor I cannot use it. The manilla cover is very flimsy and the spine is held together by three exposed and sharp staples, whereas before it was a hidden seal.Will not be buying again. Once again it seems, you can only get what you pay for. 5-Star have gone the way of all the other budget brands - very sad.
