Decent grip on tennis shoes. Won't impale your shin if it comes back at you. Durable - have hit rocks multiple times but no problems.

Retail packaged, and not bad packaging considering the price. Quite nice construction. Pedals are actually far better than I expected. Very grippy on my regular sneakers. And way better than the old crappy pedals that came on my mountain bike originally. I'd definitely recommend these for anyone, for pretty much any bike, not just mountain bikes.I raced, and flatland competed in BMX a while back, and now wish that I had these on my BMX bike back then. They are that good (for the price).

Good quality and good looking pedals. I will admit I was upset when I first received them because I thought the silver was white based on the pics, but they're sharp looking pedals and compliment my bike ALMOST perfectly.

I bought this for my back up mountain bike. The surface area is quite large and the bearings spin quite freely. The grip is such that I have no concern of losing traction on the pedal. I am very cautious to not let these things come back and bite me on the shin as I am confident it would hurt tremendously.

These pedals are a great quality for their price point. They are durable, comfortable and the pins are of exceptional grip. They were easy to install on standard cranks and they are surprisingly resistant to scratching, despite the repeated mash hits they have taken.

Super grippy! Inexpensive good quality pedals. Do not know about durability, time will tell.
