I like it ! The best book is the male sexual energy healing book By this author though .

Love the books , ordered them for a Tantra couple I work with. Unfortunately they were thrown in with a pilates mat and a few of the pages got severely crunched & torn.

Mantak Chia's view about sex or love may be the better understanding I may have found. It is not that I share all his views about life, love and the Cosmos, it is that his views help to understand the spiritual value of sex or love.

Mantak Chia is an excellent author clearly explaining the concepts

This book was not as much use for me as personal instruction and/or video in this spiritual discipline would first be needed. This book is more so a supplement to prior training. Various breathing techniques and movements are not easily learned or performed correctly from looking at pics in a book or reading text...they have to be demonstrated and the student should be able to demonstrate to instructor that they have the correct form.

This book actually claims that water consists of "cells":"However, science has discovered that even if we clean water through filtration processes so that it looks and tastes alright, closer analysis using high-powered microscopic technology indicates that its cell structure is “unclean.” "It's writing these pseudoscience 'explanations' that puts people off books like this. Shame really because as a whole the chi kung taught by Mantak Chia is very powerful and energising.
